Fee Structure*

Retainer: Ideal for organization staff and leaders who have long term governance needs and can benefit from ongoing access to expert help.
- Starting at $900 per month, fees depend on the scope of services and size of the organization) + $250 intake fee
Hourly/Ad Hoc: Useful to address specific questions or support finite projects.
- Incur an hourly rate of $195 per hour (charged by the quarter hour)
